Welcome to the North Georgia Quarter Midget Association. We are very proud of our facility, race track, club officials, members and our Family atmosphere. To ensure that your family's experience here is a positive one, we have instituted a Zero Tolerance Policy. Please review the violations bellow and make sure that everyone associated with your race team is familiar with them. This policy will be strictly enforced and follows the NGQMA and USAC Code of Conduct procedures. The NGQMA Board of Directors will make all decisions.
- Any inappropriate behaviors including the following, but not limited to:
- Deliberately Damaging, Destroying or Defacing NGQMA Property and Facility
- Being under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol during Racing Conditions
- Making any type of threat to a person at the NGQMA Facility (including Drivers)
- Throwing objects in Pit Area or Hot Chute
- Ignoring instructions from a Track Official
- Violating NGQMA Rules and Regulations or Cumming Fairgrounds Rules
- Excessive Yelling, comments or obscenities directed at a Track Official, Judge, Volunteer, Handler or Driver
- Driver making obscene Hand Gestures to Track Official and/or other Drivers while on Race Track
- Any disrespectful conduct toward Chief Steward and / or Race Official
Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. All penalties will follow the USAC Code of Conduct, with the first step being removed from the event. A penalty may include but is not limited to Probation, Disqualification, Suspension, Expulsion, and/or Fines. This decision is NOT appealable.
The NGQMA Board of Directors may choose to suspend Members, Drivers, and/or Handlers at Board discretion. The Board of Directors will decide the length of suspensions base on the severity of the action. A written notification of the penalty or suspension will be send to the participant. Penalties and suspensions can carry over to the next calendar year.
